Questions
What counts as a pageview?
Every time our pixel records a page load on your site. Refreshes count, single-page app navigations count. Bot traffic that fails our checks does not. You pay for the tier you choose — we never bill you for overages.
Is there a trial?
Yes. Every paid plan starts with 14 days free, no credit card required. Our first 50 customers get 60 days instead. When the trial ends, you pick a plan or your account becomes read-only. Cancel any time — we will not call you.
What happens if I exceed my quota?
We tell you at 80% and again at 100%. After that, we keep collecting for a short grace period, then pause. You will never get a surprise bill. Upgrade when you are ready, or set a hard cap in your settings.
Do you store IP addresses?
No. Our ingest Worker sees the IP once, hashes it with a daily salt, and discards the raw value immediately. No logs, no backups, no exceptions.
Which languages do the AI recaps support?
Portuguese, Spanish, French, and English at launch. The models we use handle over one hundred languages — we add them to the interface as we verify them.
Can I self-host?
Yes, on Business and above. We provide a Terraform module that runs the stack in your own Cloudflare account, so sensitive data never leaves your infrastructure.
